These Terms govern your use of Down Under Pairings and the products, features, services, techologies and software we offer.
Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. Down Under Pairings may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and Policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Our mission is to strengthen the Community by providing Players with a place to find Tournaments for Gaming Systems they are interested in, Tournament Organisers with an industry leading Tournament Management System, and the Community a means in rankings Players based on their Tournament results.
We aim to achieve this mission by allowing Tournament Organisers and Players to focus on the games being played while Down Under Pairings focuses on providing technology to reduce the Admin Overhead.

All Tournament names, descriptions, mission formats within Down Under Pairings are the Tournament Organiser's responsibility and no responsibility is taken by the Down Under Pairings team. Down Under Pairings is in no way endorsed by Games Workshop Limited. All Rights Reserved to their respective owners.
Down Under Pairings at times collects personal information from you including but not limited to name, email address, gaming club and home region. This information may be collected for use in contests, to provide services such as Rankings and Tournament participation.
Technology such as cookies and IP-address logging are used to help provide these services. This information will only be used by Down Under Pairings and it's affiliates. No third party will have access to the information. The data we collect from cookies and IP addresses provides demographic information about the entire Down Under Pairings experience, which we use to improve and analyse the Down Under Pairings service. Down Under Pairings takes precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security. Down Under Pairings links to many other sites and at times contains advertisements of third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.

If deemed necessary, Down Under Pairings reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
We provide these services to you and others to help advance our mission. In exchange, we require very little commitments from our users. While we do not require users of Down Under Pairings to share in our Mission, we do expect users to act in a manner that will not directly contradict our Mission.
It is strictly prohibited to falsify a Tournament score or for a Tournament Organiser to falsify the results of a Tournament through changing player scores or by adding players to a Tournament who were not there or in any other way alter their scores or the scores of their Tournament with the intent to falsify results. Any participants violating this condition will be immediately removed from the Down Under Pairings Rankings, their scores erased and they will be banned from future participation in Down Under Pairings for a year at a minimum. Tournament Organisers found to be in violation of these policies will not be able to submit scores for one year and their events may be altered to not count towards rankings.
In extreme circumstances Down Under Pairings reserve the right to remove content relating to users that we feel contradicts our Mission. Some examples of such contradictions are, but not limited to, cheating, repeated poor sportsmanship to Players and/or Tournament Organisers.
In short: Down Under Pairings expects all Users to compete and have fun within the scope of the rules.
